To maintain, develop and recognize key accounts / prospects
To manage the total sales & marketing efforts within the hotel & the regional sales & marketing office to generate pro-actively revenue, with the hotel’s marketing plan and business plan
To maintain regular contacts to the local and international Travel Trade and involve with all the agreements/contracts the Hotel has
Aware of the market trends from all the existing and potential feeders
To ensure the Hotel consistently disposes of adequate, motivated and skilled personnel within the sales team
To ensure that sales office administration and filing are properly organized and according to corporate standards
Job Requirements
Degree in Sales, Marketing or related professional qualification
At least 3-5 years in similar position or capacity
Ability to drive business with the culture of prospecting and having a proactive sales approach
Financial awareness, ability to set and analyze the monthly/yearly forecast and budget
