The incumbent is expected to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or its equivalent with at least 15 years of experience as a regional recruitment specialist, preferably in the hospitality industry. He / She should have strong interpersonal, management and organization skills. A self-driven team player, the incumbent should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of employment regulations, labour relations and fair employment guidelines within the Asia region would be essential.
