Job Description

  • Achieve stated objectives in food and service quality, profit & loss responsibility, employee training and retention

  • Direct, manage and provide strategic leadership to 6 F&B outlets and 180 staff

  • Prepare and adhere to the department’s annual capital and operating budgets

  • Provide “on-the-floor” style leadership – focusing on Member interaction and team efficiency

  • Oversee internal marketing promotions and activities of all F&B outlets

  • Contribute to the overall strategic goals, initiatives, and organizational objectives of The Club

  • Must be able to oversee the kitchen staff in the absence of the Executive Chef

Job Requirements

  • A Degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management, Business or related field

  • 10 years of progressive work experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a similar position in the hospitality industry

  • Extensive knowledge in service standards and food & beverage products, including wine

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer driven focus

  • Resourceful, creative, and able to work well under pressure

  • Must be a high energy, hands-on team player

  • Experience living and working outside of the US an advantage
