Assure the implementation of both Nationwide and Regional programs according to set KPIs/deliverables, financial guidelines and budgets
Building the organization systems to implement business operations including: business strategy planning following upon the Company’s business strategy, sales distribution management, customer services, call center and other marketing activities
Manage the activities of the Regional Office to provide support to provincial staff in program implementation
Provide guidance to HQ on appropriate business opportunities (acquisition, revenue), more effective management, better cost management
Oversee budget management for the entire Region and ensure coherence with organizational policies, agreements and other guidelines
Be responsible for building up, training and developing man power for operation purpose of the MCC
To assess the full market potential, room for expansion against the current performance, and needs in the Region in all areas
Managing based on Vietnamese Legislation and compliance the rights and duty of mobile service provider, which has been regulated by Ministry of Information and Telecommunications
Be responsible for monthly, quarterly Sales Report/ Financial Report and other reports (if any) to Company and Company Board of Management
Be representative of Company for other business relations and transactions in the Region
Job Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have 8-10 years experience in setting up and managing distribution channel sales system.
The experience should consist of managing 3rd party agencies and 100 or more employees and a plus would be also managing multiple locations.
Strong management skills in matrix working environment
Having good knowledge of market and consumption culture in North
Able to drive sales team and work under pressure
Having good outlets system management skills
Reasoning ability
Must be detail oriented.
Candidate must have excellent leadership qualities and capable of working in a highly matrixed organization with multiple cross functional teams.
Experience in Telecom is a great asset, but fast –moving consumer goods is also preferred
Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision and have the ability to work as part of a team.
Must have the ability to work under pressure and deliver results within a short span of time.
Driven by results, must consistently demonstrate initiative.
Also, must possess excellent English communication skills as well as very good interpersonal skills and presentation skills
