Job Description

This position is responsible for system-related work – Sales Order entries, maintenance, shipment release & inventory management. In close collaboration with Field Sales and IS, handle TEAM Setup / Pre-Order & Order Entries. The CS is likewise responsible for Customer Master File management as well as handling VAT refunds for customer returns.

  • Responsible for integrating systems to provide excellent customer services in supply chain distribution industry

  • Assist in order management activities such as sales order entry; sales order maintenance; shipment release; inventory management; customer master file management etc

  • Provides statistical and activities reports to suppliers and internal management in the region

Job Requirements

While it is preferred that the candidate is a degree holder, with working knowledge of the electronics components industry, the following are the “Must-Have” requirements to be successful in the role:

  • Diploma and above qualification in relevant discipline

  • Minimum 2 years of working experiences in a sales order administration or customer service role

  • Excellent customer service attitude, willing to learn and can work under pressure

  • Proficient in MS Excel and computer skills
