  • Daily operation of after sales repair and maintenance service to all Nikon users

  • ARS/Drop Point management

  • Service parts and service tools management

  • Service information update

  • Reporting (Daily, weekly and monthly)

  • Service Budgeting

  • Service Planning

  • Repair Price charge list management

  • Technical issues analysis and communicate with NC

  • Collect service information of competitors

  • Technical training to ARS and In-house technicians

  • Warranty refund claim to Area HQ (Hong Kong)

  • Handle and solve customer complaints

  • Communicate with Media and Consumer Council for service matters

  • Communicate with Are HQ (Hong Kong) for Technical issues

  • Labour management

  • KPI management

  • Technician evaluation

Job Requirements

  • Thai nationality only

  • Solid experience to manage customer service functions

  • Demonstrated ability to set clear expectations and communicate effectively

  • Result oriented, self driven , a clear focus on high quality and business

  • High Customer orientation: recognition and credibility with the customer as a trusted, collaborative and productive.

  • Understands what it takes to win in the market place.
