Our client, is a cosmetic surgery hospital, is presently seeking for a candidate to fulfill the following position: Customer Service Manager.
Responsibilities
Manage the daily activities, reporting, training and operations of the team members.
Coordinate between the Surgeons, Operation Staffs and Patients.
Support team in offering the highest level of customer service.
Greet guests warmly and perform registration procedures.
Work closely with staff to ensure high-quality customer service.
Job Requirements
Thai nationality, Female, age between 30-40 years old with Bachelor Degree in related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in customer service / guests relation from any other service, hotel or hospital business
Must be proficient in guest services and team development
Excellent communication skills required
Good command of English literacy
Being flexible with the working hours (6 days a week : Monday - Saturday)
