Responsible for all elements of Customer Relationship Management including development of mechanics, analytic review, communications with members and other member engagement activity
Manage the membership programme to achieve the budgeted top lines and sales target
Maintain a stable membership database to improve overall transaction value and visit frequency
Responsible in managing the membership calendar of activities & events to meet objectives
Provide functional expertise to execute CRM and projects that support the delivery of customer loyalty objectives.
Maximize customer out-reach via social media platform
Job Requirements
Degree educated in a relevant discipline (i.e. Marketing, Communications, PR)
Minimum 5 years experience in a varied marketing environment and 2 years specifically focus on CRM.
Possess project management skills and a knowledge of CRM, Direct Marketing and/or Loyalty Marketing processes and measurement skills
Experience in management of marketing agencies and Digital media marketing
Passionate, confident and excellent communication and organizational skills
Able to network and foster relationships, both internally and externally
Strong analytical skills with effective data interpretation/analytical skills and negotiation skills
Fluent spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese) and English
Computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
