Job Description

An award-winning agency has a new opportunity for an energetic Creative Director to join the Digital team to help concept an advertising campaign, direct a photo shoot, collaborate on a brand's creative strategy, input with an account director on a new project and guide a designer's work. High-level creative thinking, conceptualization, problem-solving, presentation and implementation skills are required.

You will be leading the creative concepting team in order to create exemplary, intuitive, useful visual design solutions. Constanly communicate with the project team throughout all stages including concepting / production. Work within a defined process and keep all work organized according to agency standards

Job Requirements

  • To fit for the role, you should have at least 7 years advertising agency experience in which at least 2 years as a Creative Director in Digital advertising environment.
  • High level of original and relevant concepts, brand platforms, campaign directions and design standards 
  • Strong proficiency/expertise in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Flash/HTML5
  • Integration solution and with the ability to maximize the talents of their teams
  • Creative and sensitive to human behavior, especially the China market, and their motivational needs.
