Build and track sales networks targeted per sectors
Organize business targets, establish their control, monitor and manage their results
Be the guarantor of the new car sales target.
Manage a workshop, from the car reception to the delivery, in coordination with teams from different services
Oversee all team activities and after-sales and spare parts
Manage and coordinate the various departments of the company (spare parts, accessories…)
Create and develop partners relationships
Liaise with the import structure of the Group
Job Requirements
At least 5 years in sales and management team and a good knowledge of mechanics automobile
Have at least 3 - 5 years working in Vietnam or other Southeast Asian countries
In depth understanding of doing business in emerging market
Trade efficiency are critical factors for success in this mission.
Ability to lead and coaching the sales team in automobile industry
Experience in car market or automobile industry
Expatriate or already an experience of expatriation in Asia
Knowledge of French appreciated
A leader with full of energy and motivation
Would like to stay long term in Vietnam (at least 3 years)
