You should possess a tertiary education with at least a Degree in Business / Marketing / Human Resources or equivalent disciplines with at least 5 years of experience in a management capacity.
3 to 5 years’ experience in the Recruitment industry.
You should also be business minded with good understanding of sales function within an organization.
Track record of success and regional exposure would be advantageous.Other Attributes
