Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, your primary mandate will be to set a direction and manage a team of recruitment consultants in Malaysia (KL) in meeting the set targets for the business.

You will play a strategic role in the profitability of the operations, business development and internal staff recruitment. Your responsibilities, also includes management and overall general administration of the operations in Malaysia market.

We offer a competitive remuneration with an excellent profit-sharing scheme.

Job Requirements

You should possess a tertiary education with at least a Degree in Business / Marketing / Human Resources or equivalent disciplines with at least 5 years of experience in a management capacity.
3 to 5 years’ experience in the Recruitment industry.

You should also be business minded with good understanding of sales function within an organization.

Track record of success and regional exposure would be advantageous.
