Job Description

  • Recruit and supervising own sales team and technical support staff

  • Managing market and sales activities for Indonesia

  • Identifying market opportunities and defining appropriate sales approach

  • Maintain existing customer base plus develop new dealer / customer on an on-going basis

  • Establishing direct sales in assigned territories in regards to all aspects

  • Developing dealer channel network in assigned territories in regards to all aspects

  • Conducting first-rate market development together with direct sales team and dealer channels

  • Achieving pre defined marketing and profitability targets utilising all sales channels and available resources

  • Driving expansion of sales and customer base in sales territory

  • Providing market and competitor analysis

  • Provide sales management reports and sales forecast

  • Securing long-term development of Indonesia


  • Representing an excellent brand with a strong market position

  • Contributing to build-up of strong market presence in Indonesia

  • Integrated into a worldwide operating group with solid presence in Asia and Pacific Rim

Job Requirements

  • Citizen of Indonesia

  • University degree (Engineering and/or MBA)

  • Experience in sales management of premium technical products/machinery

  • Skilled in managing dealer channels in all aspects

  • Proven record of excellent performance achievement (i.e. sales/market share increase)

  • Knowledge of modern sales management and market development techniques

  • Hands-on attitude with focus on objectives and results

  • Expertise in technical products/machinery sales, preferably related to construction business

  • Familiar with requirements of an international corporation

  • Excellent command of English (spoken and writing) and communication skills

  • Reliable and independent working attitude

  • Result-oriented
