Job description

For a site of 100++ technical engineers

Ongoing management of state-of-art outsourcing support operation serving leading IT companies (software solutions)

  • Managing ongoing daily operation of large team of support engineers

  • Standing in pre-defined targets of quantity and quality of service

  • Driving to operational efficiency

  • Managing recruitment and firing of people, standing to retention rates

  • Managing learning and training platforms

  • Managing employee’s road map and enablement processes

  • Mentoring and growing middle management and tech leads

  • Managing work processes and company’s procedures

  • In charge of enlarging the business to support new business lines (in terms of ongoing operation – sales / business development skills are an advantage)

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience running support operations for enterprise level solutions, preferably for leading global IT company (SAP, Oracle, IBM etc)

  • Proven experience managing a team of at least 50 people

  • Proven experience driving operations to Excellency in term of quality of service and operational efficiency

  • Solid IT background

  • Understanding of local market from business aspect and ability to find creative solutions fast

  • Hard working, loyal and extremely ambitious

  • Team player

  • Stand to challenging targets and growth map

  • Fluent English is a must, any other language is an advantage
