Job description
For a site of 100++ technical engineers
Ongoing management of state-of-art outsourcing support operation serving leading IT companies (software solutions)
- Managing ongoing daily operation of large team of support engineers
- Standing in pre-defined targets of quantity and quality of service
- Driving to operational efficiency
- Managing recruitment and firing of people, standing to retention rates
- Managing learning and training platforms
- Managing employee’s road map and enablement processes
- Mentoring and growing middle management and tech leads
- Managing work processes and company’s procedures
- In charge of enlarging the business to support new business lines (in terms of ongoing operation – sales / business development skills are an advantage)
