Job Description
Our client is a leading online travel agency
We are looking for a highly experienced Corporate Sales Manager who makes travel arrangements for business clients travelling for work/business purposes.
Responsibilities
- Provide an outstanding and professional Customer Experience to our corporate client, ensuring accurate business travel arrangements including accommodation and air.
- Follow our company procedures and our client travel policy guidelines to maintain operational excellence using our systems to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide clients with effective travel solutions, responding quickly and proactively to client requests.
- Establish and maintain favorable working relationships with other company employees.
- Responsible for producing the maximum revenue for company through corporate client.
Job Requirements
- 3 years experience in Sales for corporate customer or client
- 3 years travel industry experience, international experience preferred
- Must be a team player who is willing to go above and beyond to exceed our clients' expectations.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and effectively multitask while maintaining professional rapport with corporate clients.
- Candidates must possess decisive and successful problem solving skills, be detail-oriented and have effective verbal communication skills especially English.
- Able to work well in a structured team environment.
