Job Description


To manage the processes, systems, and tools, regarding reward management and payroll services in order to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy of implementing those work in alignment with corporate strategies and policies

Scope of accountability

  • Manage the development of rewards management strategies, policies, and standards, in order to efficiently establish guidelines for the design and implementation of rewards management frameworks

  • Manage the design of the total remuneration scheme, for example, base pay, short term incentive, other incentives, benefits, and total remunerations, annual performance appraisal and merit review in order to provide efficient reward programs

  • Manage the development of job maps and/or job evaluations, to ensure that reward programs are efficiently and fairly implemented across the organization

  • Manage the implementation of newly established reward and recognition processes (for example, develop compa-ratio model, calculate short term incentive, income brackets for each level and function, as well as merit increase from promotions) to ensure accuracy of reward and recognition in alignment with criteria and in a timely manner

  • Manage payroll process, which includes obtaining data on employee time and attendance, calculating pay amount, calculating deduction items such as tax, social security, provident fund, and pay generation to ensure accurate and timely periodic pay process

  • Manage the submission and development of all statutory reports regarding personal income tax, social security, provident fund, and other payments, as well as any relevant employees’ income certificates, to relevant parties to ensure that the reports are submitted on time and comply with rules and regulations and prepare and produce relevant HR monthly reports, e.g. manpower attrition rate; Headcount report, exit interview, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Male/Female age between 35-45 years

  • University degree in any field, Human Resources Management degree is advantage

  • Strong HR knowledge and experience in pay strategy, compensation benefits, rewards & recognition, and payroll administration

  • Solid work experience at managerial position in multinational organization with cross-culture environment

  • Good understanding and/or exposure to other areas of HR is a plus.
