Our client, a Fortune 500 company listed in the NYSE, is looking for a Communications and CSR Manager for the Asia region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the execution of the company's internal communications strategy for Asia.
You will work closely with the Asia leadership team with the aim to increase the visibility in the Group level. You will also provide communications counsel to the company's affiliates on corporate brand norms and global campaign execution. You will create high impact regional content through senior executives' interviews and develop a robust story pipeline by working with affiliates to promote local success stories on regional platforms. You will be in charge of organizing employee Townhall meetings for Regional Employees and Managing Directors.
Part of your responsibility is to drive the Company's Corporate Social Responsibility strategies. You will be highly involved in the planning and implementation of the CSR program in the region and promote employee volunteerism for the adopted program.
