An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Commercial Project Manager to work for a top tier Building Contractor to join an expanding Government Building Project in Jakarta. Working onsite managing all commercial agreements, contracts and cash flows on this prestigious development you will have complete commercial responsibility for this project.
This is the perfect opportunity for you to take control and manage your own project, delivering excellence, whilst motivating and mentoring a national workforce.
Reporting To: Group Commercial Manager
- Liaising with the client from inception to delivery of the project
- Managing the financial project life cycle from tendering, tender analysis, contract negotiations, payments, liabilities, final accounts and claims, reconciliations
- Financial accountability of the Project Budget
- Oversee Subcontractor Administration
- Commercial (contract) entitlements
- Conducting project evaluations and assessments
Job Requirements
- Accounting, Finance or Quantity Surveying Degree
- Commercial Project Management experience ideally in South East Asia
- Excellent Planning and Communication skills
- Proficient in Project Management software
