Responsibility The potential candidate for this position will be responsible to take the lead role in many aspects of the business, especially in executive management and business operation activities. The COO will be empowered within his/her responsibility, will direct the company’s day to day operations and will collaborate with the management team to lead the company towards its strategic objectives. The COO will report directly to the CEO .
Administration and business operation
Having the highest responsibility of middle and back office activities and also Human Resource management
Responsible to Supply Chain Management: include import/storing/domestic distribution.
Age from 40 – 50.
Experienced in both MNC and big local companies. Big4 background is an advantage.
Leadership: A COO must have excellent leadership skills, integrity, business acumen and ability to effectively manage, lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team
Strategy: They must excel at strategic thinking, be open to new perspectives and better ways to do things; and be creative, a visionary, and manage innovation well
Communication: The COO must possess executive-level communication and influencing skills with the ability to resolve issues, build consensus among groups of diverse internal/external stakeholders, and have proven skill in negotiating and mediating conflict
Completion-oriented: A COO must be results-driven
Decision-making skills: A successful COO must have superior decision-making skills
Delegation: Must have the ability to delegate effectively
