Ensure that business health is maintained at all time and ensure compliance at all levels, specially related to financial matters
Provide strategic finance direction, monitoring and guidance to the BOD, Headquarters and all operating divisions so as to support the management and development of the business
Set up the processes and be responsible for the entire finance function covering the following areas: Accounting / Reporting / Planning and analysis / Control / Funding
Build the finance team and subsequently lead, support, coach and develop the team so as to maximize the performance and potential of all staff
Deal with and manage relations with external parties such as auditors, accountants, advisors, investors and bank
Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
Lead all planning, development and implementation of the organization's financial policies relative to accounting, reporting, tax, internal controls and systems.
Effective financial controls to achieve best cost-efficiencies as part of team effort between Project, Marketing, Legal & Administration and BOD
Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
Develop credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist to the BOD and other senior executives in performing their responsibilities
Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding agencies, development and monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budgets.
MBA / CPA / a member of the Chartered Accountants / CFA
Min 5 years as Manager Finance and Accounting
Capable in handle tax report, budgeting, cash flow management, and tax reporting, and having the abilities to manage financial risks of the corporation.
Strong leadership and analytical skills, strong initiative taking ability.
Understanding of the local business environment (has relationship with local banks)
Ability to think strategically and play a strong business partner role to facilitate business growth and enhance the overall financial performance of the organization
Strong communication skills, ability to network at all levels within and outside the organization.
Computer literate is a must.
Fluent in English (written & oral)
Willing to be placed in Semarang
