Lead the commercial efforts in furniture products
Oversee teams that support the day to day interface with customers, the inside sales team, as well as the partners across all divisions in the company creating relationships of the highest level to achieve product and sales success
Leverage in-depth knowledge of the current and future customer markets to provide insights for forecasting, capabilities development, and production planning across the enterprise.
Effectively partner with senior leadership across organization to serve on cross-functional projects, and to ensure prioritization and tracking of projects and critical activities to ensure development of products according to customer and market demands and strong data-based value propositions
Ensure profitability and market share metrics are achieved by coordinating global account activity, tracking revenue through distribution partners
Establish and implement short and long-range departmental goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and operating procedures
Set short and long term strategic plan for rapid revenue growth
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields from an accredited university. An MBA degree is preferred.
Proven track record at the senior executive level in furniture industry sales management and business development experiences with at least 20 years of managing a global Product Management and Sales teams.
Strong key account management with major retailers and brands around the world furniture wholesalers and manufacturers knowledge and the related industries’ experience is required.

Proven ability to develop and manage long term strategic direction and plans, drive continuous process improvements as relate to forecasting, pipeline development, and strategy execution.
