Develop category strategy & POP guidelines to ensure sales & profit achievement of company’s products based on understanding of consumer / shopper, competitor & channel dynamic.
Lead the team in activity development & implementation for company’s products.
Analysis, Using category data to drive sale / offtake & market share of company’s products.
Control Profit / Loss vs. Budget & Target of company’s products.
Category performance review.
Lead in cross-functional team working to solve problems.
Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
At least 3-5 years experience in Trade Marketing field or Data Analysis and Promotion Creating, Planning and Evaluating of FMCG.
Experience in POS & Consumer Panel data analysis on different platforms (e.q. Dunnhumby, Nielsen Scantrack, EYC, etc.) would be preferred.
Strong leadership as well as interpersonal & communication skills.
Strong analytical and work in data analysis area.
Fluency in spoken & written English.
