Key Responsibilities
All proceeding of finance and accounting activities,
Prepare monthly Financial & management report,
Monitor Internal Control systems and provide support for auditor,
Prepare, manage and forecast budget,
Prepare and submit all relevant documents to Revenue Department,
Verify and approve relevant finance & accounting transactions,
Coordinate with Authorities and external parties,
Monitor, adjust & develop accounting & finance procedure for more efficient proceeding.
Coordinate bank for financing
Job Requirements
Male or Female, age 35-45 years.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting with higher degree in same area or other related field.
Min 15 years' experience in Accounting and Finance area.
CPA is an advantage
Knowledge of ERP
Experience in real estate service business is advantage
Able to travel sometimes.
