• Directing and supervising the development of long-term and short-term marketing plans and objectives; periodic evaluation of marketing channels for products and services of enterprises.

• Orient the organization of building and developing sales channels for businesses.
• Coordinate with the Executive Board to plan and develop standards for each sales channel.
• Establishing and maintaining internal and external relations related to the business process of enterprises to create favorable conditions for business.
• Develop personnel plans, long-term and short-term human resources; directly participate in recruitment of human resources for businesses.
• Develop a salary and reward mechanism in accordance with the company's strategy and objectives.

• Develop budgets and cost norms for businesses.
• Periodically monitor and evaluate, adjust budgets and set cost norms.
