Job Description

Our client is a 100% foreign-owned company and one of the leading Engineering contractors providing the total solution for the Construction industry

  • Organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of Da Nang rep. office.

  • Oversee the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including training and induction

  • Developed contacts with government offices, industrial suppliers and property developers

  • Attend site meeting, understanding issues arising from Clients/owners and represent Company to solve arising problems

  • Liaise closely with Clients, Suppliers and Sub-contractors.

  • Plan weekly & monthly working schedules

  • Implement and enforce quality control to meet quality objectives.

  • Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.

  • Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Had close relationship with authority in Da Nang as well as with investment firms in the centre of Vietnam

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Management or equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 years in similar position or previous experience working with property development (industrial, commercial and residential)

  • Computer skills (knowledge in MS Office, Cad, Adobe programs).

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Good command in English
