Organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of Da Nang rep. office.
Oversee the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including training and induction
Developed contacts with government offices, industrial suppliers and property developers
Attend site meeting, understanding issues arising from Clients/owners and represent Company to solve arising problems
Liaise closely with Clients, Suppliers and Sub-contractors.
Plan weekly & monthly working schedules
Implement and enforce quality control to meet quality objectives.
Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Had close relationship with authority in Da Nang as well as with investment firms in the centre of Vietnam
Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years in similar position or previous experience working with property development (industrial, commercial and residential)
Computer skills (knowledge in MS Office, Cad, Adobe programs).
