Job Description

  • Drives end-to-end business development activities and accountable for the achievement of sales and business goals across all practice areas.

  • Develop, execute strategic territory sales plans with the goal of driving.

  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements, tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.

  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options, resolving internal priorities, recommending equity investments.

  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

  • Enhances organizations reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

  • Foster key relationship by developing and executing account plans to retain and expand business with existing client accounts and meet their business needs.

  • Prioritize and manage projects and tasks; self driven and disciplined to reach and exceed business goal.

  • Manage all activities through the Customer Relationship Management.

Job Requirements

  • Master/Bachelor degree major in Business, Management, Marketing with at least 5 years backgrounds.

  • Age 35-40 years old, with Thai nationality, Male or Female.

  • Have working experience in business management, business development or business relationship position in Asia.

  • Have an ability to communicate effectively in English in both written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to communicate in an additional Asian Language Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Vietnamese are preferred.

  • strong sales consciousness and market development ability.

  • Keen market insight and analysis ability with strong business negotiation ability.

  • Large and verifiable portfolio of personal achievements in sales and market development.

  • Willingness to travel 20 to 40% to assigned territories.
