Review, assess and provide consultative feedbacks on the political and economic climate and conditions in Cambodia and relevant countries of the region
Monitor the private and NGO sector activities, government and donor policies through multimedia, business associations, forums etc.
Review and assess the market potentials for Cambodia
Review and assess the business opportunities and future potential in Cambodia of ETS (USA) products such as TOEIC, TOEIC Bridge, TOEFL iBT, TOEFL ITP TFI, EDO, Criterion, etc., and Certiport products MOS and IC3 and etc.
Provide leadership in organizing promotion campaigns and marketing activities
Public relations duties
Make presentations to government authorities, employers from the private, NGO, educational institutions sectors of all ETS and Certiport educational services and products
Recommend systems, processes for resource mobilization and financial sustainability of the above-mentioned products and services
Ensure a consultative process in development of the business/market opportunities through undertaking discussions with all the concerned stakeholders including the government, private sectors.
Prepare a detailed implementation plan of business development with the steps needed for the above-mentioned products and services
Through on-job training and involvement of IIG Education Cambodia staff and management in the above process, help develop organizational and individual capacities for business/market development as per the approved business model (s), focusing on building staff and managementís skills and competencies in leadership and in developing and implementation of business strategies in a sustainable manner
Overseas travels to attend meetings, conferences, forums, exhibitions, etc.
Other required tasks
Approximately 4-6 years of sales experience in the marketing industry
Master or Bachelorís degree in marketing or related field
Experience with a company in a related company sector.
Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
If applicable, a willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
A proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
Good English (preferred TOEIC score: above 600) and communication skills
Good user of Office Microsoft office (MOS certificate is a plus)
Well organized, pro-active and honest
Working experience in an education institution is an advantage
