Lead, manage and deliver local BCM programs for the Company's Service Center and the Manila Branch.
Manage relationship with management, businesses, infrastructure and vendors.
Be a risk manager to identify and mitigate risk to business continuity and raise the level of readiness and resilience of DB operations
Support CSBC ISC site lead on Corporate Security and other CSBC matters
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Serve as RM and risk advisor to management, business and infrastructure units on BCM and CSBC matters as well as point of contact for the BC coordinator and approving manager on BC planning
Business Impact: Based on validated threats and risk information, assess impact to DB’s operations globally (ie sending locations) and regulatory implications
Recovery Strategy: Design and execute risk-based recovery and resumption strategies and solution for DKS and DB Manila and proactively adapting to the changing risk environment, business requirements and technical changes.
BCM Program: Implement and rollout BCM programs as per policy and standards including business continuity readiness planning and development of recovery solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirement
Resiliency Program: Proactively manage GBS and Finance resiliency program to successful implementation as well as risk disclosure including residual risk
Recovery site management: Monitor, manage and maintain high operational readiness of recovery solutions implemented
Training: Develop and execute training for business, infrastructure, and vendors.
Reporting: Maintain MIS reporting which includes: (i) measure of BCM readiness, (ii) recoverability capability and resilience and (iii) residual risk.
Exercise: Design and implement exercise strategy and business continuity exercise programs including crisis management etc to validate recovery strategies
Crisis Management: Lead and coordinate Bank’s response and management of crises including timely communication, escalations and information management
Job Requirements
English fluency required.
Strong presentation skills.
Very good at organization and strategic thinking
5-7 years of crisis management and business continuity management experience essential. Candidates with a strong background in a relevant discipline will also be considered.
Investment banking knowledge and experience preferred
Educated to Degree level preferable
Highly self-motivated for CSBC work, being able to work unsupervised – proactive without being prompted.
Must be hands on and ready to handle administrative tasks such as crisis response documentation and manage the BCM lifecycle.
