Job Description
- Responsible management industry to achieve business target (sales figures, profit) & marketing (market share, industry assets)
- Develop strategic and annual planning & development for long brand, responsible for industry
- Building and developing brand positioning for the industry on the basic of consumer insights
- Responsible for managing the implementation of programs for the industry marketing
- Have general work plan and specific, demonstrating a leadership role in all of the labels projects related to other departments
- Monitor and manage the use of trademarks in accordance with the budget approved plans
- Manage and guide the hard & soft skills help subordinates perform assigned work & career oriented development
Job Requirements
- Female
- Graduated University, preferably specialized marketing or Trade
- At least 3 years experience in Marketing in FMCG, at least 1 year experience in similar position
- Ability to work under pressure, with the spirit of teamwork
- English advance
- Project management skills, persuade, influence, leadership
