Job Description

Job purpose

Set up new branch to develop business in the Central of Vietnam

Key responsibilities

  • Manage overall function within the branch to ensure branch development in line with Companyís strategy

  • Be responsible for sales, cost-control and profitability of the branch

  • Develop financial and business plans for all lines of business with cooperation from senior management team

  • Determine sales development action plan and conduct the execution thereof

  • Ensure consistency with the Companyís strategy and see that internal processes and procedures are respected

  • Ensure reliable feedback to Executive Management

  • Understand the legal issues of the business and anticipate risks in order to ensure the security of the business

  • Other tasks assigned by the Company

Job Requirements

  • At least five years at managerial role in insurance companies or insurance brokers

  • Strong sales development skill

  • Good leadership skill

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

  • Initiative and critical sense

  • Long-term commitment

  • Deep understanding of insurance

  • Be able to work under high pressure and independently

  • Excellent English in both written and spoken skills

  • French would be an advantage

  • University degree

  • Microsoft literacy
