Job Description

  • Assist Executive Housekeeper set up departmental standard operational procedures.

  • Implement and control Housekeeping procedures, health and safety for staff and guest.

  • Responsible for maintaining the highest standard of room, public area, laundry.

  • Monitor Housekeeping staff to ensure guests receive prompt and courteous services, to ensure maximize guest satisfaction.

  • Identify training needs, develop formal training plan and implement on the job training.

  • Inspect guest room and all housekeeping area on a regular basic.

  • Ensure housekeeping staff are familiar with in-house facilities for the purpose of assisting guests.

  • Control inventory for operating equipment, cleaning tools, linen and uniform.

  • Maintain and control housekeeping stocks, control the cost.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Administration

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the position of Assistant Executive Housekeeper.

  • Have positive attitude and strong experience in Leadership.

  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both spoken and written)

  • Good at presentation skill, Opera system.

  • Experience working in hotel pre-opening period is a plus.
