Job Description
Our client is a famous international company in FMCG industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing sales target, market share in assigned areas
- Build up sales policy, sales plan for every single sales route in area
- Deploy trade program (promotion, marketing…) to customer
- Setting up sales target & supervising
- Build up sales system, sales channel & effective route map
- Set clear & reasonable target in accordance with company objectives (sales planning, marketing)
- Keep track & evaluate the out-come
- New channel & new business development
- Manage sales force, delivery training, coaching for team
- Align with cross functions in billing & collection
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years experience at the same position, prefer background in famous international FMCG companies.
- Able to set up and manage an effective sales system and sales pipelines.
- Able to lead a team and motivate the team to reach sales targets.
- Great English skills
