Responsibilities of the position include:

HR strategy to be inline with the strategic business goals
Admin – Legal – IT
Work close with the law firm to ensure the company activity/documents are in line with the law in Vietnam and the international law.
Deal with the legal issue (if any) and maintain the network with the authorities.
All operation activities to ensure the good working infrastructure (Admin & IT)
Bachelor's/post graduate degree in Human Resources, business administration or related field or equivalent.
7-10 years of human resources management experience.
Strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written in English and Vietnamese.
Ability and willingness to travel within and outside Vietnam.
