Responsible for maintains general ledger accounts by monitoring account preparation; entering amortizations of prepaid accounts; balancing job costs; preparing monthly entries for fixed asset depreciation, accruals, amortization, and cost allocations.
Assist with preparation of month-end financial statements, cash flow statements, budgets.
Review Accounts Payable batch prepared by the A/P.
Perform various account consolidation, inter-company transactions and reconciliations to resolve any discrepancies of Lease.
Summarizes current financial status by analyzing general ledger accounts; compiling and submitting financial statements.
Checking, reviewing and preparing VAT reports, Withholding tax report, Corporate Income Tax and all taxation reports, submission on time to tax authorities, as well as accuracy of such reports.
Providing statutory cash flow and lease report to the Manager by periodically.
Supervise and lead a team of staff in the section in handling day-to-day financial matters, month-end and year-end accounts closing.
Providing on the job training and orienting the team during course of work.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Minimum 7 years experiences and 3 years in management level. Must have knowledge of general ledger accounting procedures, emphasis on cost accounting, fixed asset.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications. Must strong Excel and database skills. Microsoft Dynamics AX will be advantage.
Able to communicate in English.
Leadership and initiative, autonomous and good interpersonal relation skills.
