Job Description
  • Deliver profitable revenue growth
  • Grow and maintain a Sales pipeline
  • Identify and develop new name customers
  • Develop and maintain existing accounts and relationships
  • Understand & update the sale reporting, customer insight & market analysis
  • Find, establish, and get connected with customers to distribute company’s products
  • Develop the potential market locally and globally
  • Negotiate, sign agreements with customers and follow the process
  • Build, maintain current customer relationships and develop potential customers
  • Manage customer service, follow and control orders
  • Set up and implement business plan in order to achieve targets
  • Cooperate with company’s members to finish company’s monthly action plan.

Job Requirements

The successful BD Wholesales Director should meet the following requirements:
  • At least 7-10 year solid experience in Account Management / Business Development / Sales in Women Fashion 
  • Understand the approach, processes, and supply chain mechanics of selling into large Multiples / supermarkets/Retail system, especially South East Asia Market 
  • Strong experience and understanding of wholesale/ retail channel sales gained with other consumer goods, the customer insight & market analysis 
  • Whilst experience in apparel 
  • Ability to travel if required
  • Fast and accurate, able to work in detail 
  • Confidence, perseverance, patience 
  • Fashion desire 
  • Good communication, positive attitude, charisma, sense of humour 
  • Organizational and deadlines managing skills 
  • Also be a TEAM player with a ‘can-do’ attitude 
  • Strong presenter/negotiator while holding the good interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to use innovation to solve problems/issues
