Job Description

Our client is a global, independent, data-driven advertising technology (AdTech) company that enables precision audience reach and targeting across media formats -display, mobile, video, programmatic TV and social. They focus on helping marketers reach the right audience at the right time with the right context and for the right price. In addition to driving precision targeting, our client also helps marketers by enabling end-to-end planning, activation, delivery and analysis of digital media campaigns for advertisers around the world. They are looking for an experienced Digital Ad Sales Manager to manage the Vietnamese market.

About the Role
  • The Manager, Digital Ad Sales, Vietnam will be responsible for driving agency-focused sales in the Vietnam market.
  • The individual will have the responsibility for driving end-to-end agency and network sales from pipeline nurture to closure and repeat business.
  • The role requires the candidate to be able to identify I/O or retained engagement opportunities amongst ad agencies and clients and to work with the leadership team to create the "right story/offering" that we want to share and close the lead/opportunity.

  • Market Standard Salary plus uncapped commission on digital sales.

Job Requirements

  • Around 3-5 years of ad network sales experience working directly with digital media and marketing agencies and closing I/Os or retained work remits in Vietnam.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process with record of attaining top sales goals. Proactive and results driven. 
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter. 
  • Be well connected with the Vietnam Digital and media agencies as well as the Digital Media ecosystem including clients in the market and be able to reach out and nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects. 
  • Be knowledgeable in Ad-Tech and Digital Media to ensure the right product/solution is pitched and closed with the right client as well as provide feedback to the management team on market / client needs and trends .
  • A clear understanding of the programmatic buying and selling process as well as the associated media needs. 
  • Be well versed in all digital media + agency processes to ensure consistent and aligned delivery of campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, presentation skills in Vietnamese language and a good working knowledge of English for communication
  • Interactive sales planning or advertising agency buying/planning experience preferred.
