Responsible for the development and execution of the Growth & Development Strategic Initiatives.
Identify potential Hotel management and / or hotel acquisitions opportunities.
Actively network and develop strong relationships with Owners, consultants and other relevant professionals including Real Estate Investment firms, Lawyers, other business partners.
Lead and execute the negotiations with Vendors of Hotel properties, Technical Services Agreement, Hotel Management Agreement and other documentation required to secure closure while protecting the interest of PPHG.
Responsible for transitioning the Hotel relationship from Development to Technical Services and Operations teams
Represent the Group in the Business and Civic Communities and participate in forums/industry associations.
Work with media to secure coverage for the group that assists in the development process
Speak at conferences and forums that will benefit the Development objectives of the Group
Take the lead in establishing great and positive relationships with the Country relevant Governmental and NGO bodies.
Contribute to the Groupís efforts to comply with all relevant Laws and Regulations of the Country and its relevant authorities and act as a good corporate citizen.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Hotel Development with prior experiences and a proven track record of closing deals.
Degree in Business, Law or related
Has a strong track record of managing and maintaining diverse relationships, i.e. Management Company, Hotel Owners and local regulatory authorities, statutory boards, aswell as local communities.
Strong leadership, effective communicator, relationship-building, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
