Work closely to Sr. Management to ensure alignment of HR policies and practices with business strategies, conduct presentations to BOD and Committees as required for HR process approvals.
Responsible for managing employee relations and provide appropriate support to employees for human resource activities to ensure that they are satisfied.
Develop general and specific training programs to enable employees to improve/increase their skills.
Responsible for developing employee career growth and ensure that employees have a clear career development plan.
Set appropriate targets and proactively manage actual performance against targets of subordinates.
Oversee compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels.
Evaluate company culture and provide recommendations on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives and enroll employees to be part of culture transformation.
Bachelorís degree in HR, BA, Psychology
8+ year of HR experience, with at least 5 years in management roles.
Require advanced persuasion, negotiation, public-relation skill and sense of strategy and timing. Get agreement between conflict parties.
