Job Description


  • Strategic Management: Develop and drive execution of business strategies for the CMB Corporate Banking segments (LC/MME/IB) at rep office to deliver both the short, medium and long term strategic objectives of CMB in Vietnam.

  •  Business Development: Drive new businesses and revenue for the entire corporate business segment at rep office to deliver strategic and annual operating targets through enhancing and strengthening the sales and service culture within the business, active engagement with both existing and prospective customers and implementation of various business development initiatives across the region

  •  Branch Management: Manage the day to day operations of the corporate business at rep office, which often involves making a series of decisions on various issues and aspects, to ensure the bank’s interests are protected, business objectives are achieved, excellent services are delivered to customers and the entire team at branch is highly engaged and motivated.

  •  Drive the team to acquire quality new-to-bank relationships that meet CMB NCA criteria.

  •  Lead the team to strengthen customer relationships, maximize relationship return for the business and deliver the most appropriate solutions and the best quality of services to the customers.

  •  Represent CMB VMO well in front of other stakeholders including the authorities and media. Project as professional image for CMB and the Bank in all occasions.

  •  Contributes to the GTRF/PCM/GMs/Insurance business in the area by formulating and implementing an aggressive sales plan with strong focus on increasing utilisation of facilities from relationships within the designated division as well as seeking new good quality relationships.

  •  Creative and with local market knowledge. Minimum 5 years experience in banking within which 3 years in commercial banking

  •  Ability to lead and motivate staff and to support teamwork, with strong management skills
