Assist sales and local distributors in introducing company’s ultrasound product to potential customers in regional market; perform product presentation and demonstration, feedback customer’s questions and queries.
Tender project support: help sales team and local distributors complete the technical specifications.
Attend local promotion activities, such as exhibitions, congresses, seminars and workshops, design local product promotion toolkit.
Design new product launching activities or road shows.
Post sales supports
Help customers make the best use of ultrasound system, including system configuration, image optimization, workflow enhancement, etc
Help customers to understand all the functions of the system, collect typical images and clinical cases
Collect distributors and end-users’ feedback from the market; summarize and analyze customer requirements for future product development and upgrade
Work together with sales or distributors to set up reference sites;
Train sales team and distributors how to introduce company’s ultrasound with competitive advantage and clinical benefits
Training the Trainer: Train Distributors clinical application specialists how to make product demonstration and operation training to end users
Train key customers system operation and maintain a good relation.
Market research and analysis.
Keep a good relationship with local opinion leaders and ultrasound committee members
Evaluate new product in local market and bring feedback for product positioning strategy and further improvement.
Bachelor degree in a medical discipline preferred.
Minimum 5 year experience in Ultrasound Company (or hospital) as a clinical application specialist or sonographer.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of spoken and written English.
