Job Description

  • Recruitment
  • Assists Head of Human Resources in strategic manpower and succession planning to achieve the bank’s objectives.
  • Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process and policy in the bank including selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and source.
  • Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the bank.
  • Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers, external recruitment agencies and job posting companies.
  • Conducts shortlisting candidates, job interviews, and related process to on-board the right fit candidates.
  • Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant.
  • Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
  • Training and Development
  • Develop training procedure and guideline, conduct TNA and design training course, training calendar and material to close the training agenda gaps for the whole bank.
  • Conduct orientation training and mandatory set of training for new employees as well as existing roles.
  • Sourcing training agencies and trainers for a particular training that may be needed
  • Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
  • Develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
  • Develop trainer development programs and coach others involved in training efforts, providing effective growth and development opportunities.
  • Plan, organize, facilitate and order supplies for employee events.
  • Develop and monitor spending against the departmental budget.
  • Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
  • Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the human resources staff.   

Job Requirements

  • University graduate and/or professional qualification in Education or Training.
  • Completion of advanced management courses would be an advantage.
  • Preferably 3 year-experience in recruitment and training in related fields.
  • Experience of TNA and conducting training in financial industry is a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and research.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and soft skills
  • Very strong drive and passion to succeed.
  • Ability to work and thrive under pressure.
  • Ability to work as a team.
