Job Description

  • Leading to implement and monitor Development Roadmap, Leadership Development Program  and talent management 
  • Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization
  • Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials    
  • Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on the needs of the organization and the individual    
  • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with HR Director    
  • Helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems

Job Requirements

  • Masterís degree or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
  • 5 years experience in HRD with background in food industrial would be an advantage        
  • Experiences in Talent Management and Development Program would be an advantage    
  • Good command of spoken and written English with Computer literacy
  • Good personality, mature, proactive, high responsible, plug-in, adaptable, result-oriented and agility        
  • Able to work independently and also a team player
