Job Description

  • Conduct training courses for Call Center Agents
  • Develop, implement and monitor all training programs
  • Planning and control training budget effectively
  • Evaluate needs and apply to all training programs
  • Create training material, test and evwedscv aluation process for agents

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master's Degree in Management, Humanities, Education or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Training field
  • Have good knowledge in Customer Services (Call Center) working process
  • Good in communication and have pleasant personality
  • Good command in English
  • Computer fluency in MS Office programs
