Job Description

  • Responsible for formulating and designing training plans for Hong Kong retail team and wholesale market accounts
  • Implement training functions including field coaching, classroom training, selling skills, coaching skills, service quality training
  • Work closely with the Retail Manager to identify specific training needs in line with brand guidelines and business objectives
  • Interpret and translate training materials prepared by Licensee
  • Develop course evaluation and performance measurement to ensure training effectiveness

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in HR, Training & Development or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years gained within cosmetics/skincare/fragrance or FMCG industry
  • Solid experience in planning, execute trainings such as brand philosophy, product knowledge, customer service, selling techniques, grooming and presentation
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluency in English and Chinese
  • Less experience will be considered as Trainer
