Job Description

  • Develop the Indonesia trade business strategy in line with overall strategic direction, in consultation with the global and regional teams and develop business plan for the trade segment and lead the implementation of these plans
  • Analyze markets and customer segments and refine these business plans from time to time
  • Deliver the business results (meet sales, profit and OWC targets)
  • Own and drive people development for trade business
  • Ensure the product portfolio meets market requirements in terms of price and quality

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder with minimum 5 to 10 years of direct sales or channel management experience or an equivalent of education and experience
  • Able to work well independently and as part of a matrix organization
  • Highly motivated with strong problem solving ability
  • Results focused both directly and through others
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Articulate with numbers
  • Good understanding of paint products, market segmentation and brand positioning with general knowledge of car refinishes market preferred
  • Strong team player
  • Proficiency in MS office
