Job Description

  • Develop and implement annual trade marketing plans in order to support the delivery of space strategy and growth objectives; Key areas of focus for in-stores initiatives implementation (which are aligned with Senior Brand Manager and Sales team) will be product availability, brand visibility, marketing trade promotion, distribution improvement program, retailers/mechanic advocacy.
  • Develop and implement channel strategy / initiatives for different channels within department (IWS, Bike Wash, Spare parts) in partnership with regional/global team (such as offers, mechanic training, mechanic contest, loyalty program, activation Moto GP in IWS …etc)
  • Develop Design (with inputs from regional space) and trade marketing offers for bike points for sales team / branded workshop manager to implement agreed activities in the invested bike points; Oversight and control on the quality and execution of Bike point and Bike Wash helping Sales-Bike point team to adjust and improve execution and performance as per agreed standards and measurement parameters
  • Market intelligence tracking by understanding customer insights, channel/trade needs and motivation; keep tracking competitor movement, market trends and events, updating prices and trade margins regularly to sharpen and ensure trade programs are in line with market requirements
  • Effective and efficient plan & manage agreed ASP budget by monitoring progress and performance of initiatives and implementation vs agreed KPIs

Job Requirements

  • BA in Marketing / Business Administration/ Economics
  • 5 years+ of trade marketing experiences, at least 3 years in the same role in multinational companies in FMCG
  • Fundamental background in brand, category, channel development
  • Track records in managing execution & project management
  • Experience in sales and/or automotive business would be advantageous
  • Good oral, written and presentation skills in Vietnamese & English
  • Strong influencing and communication skills within the team and across the functions
  • Good analytical and numerical skills
  • Proactive and a great team player, able to do multi-task and influence others
  • Proven ability to turn strategies into actions - grow the business in a manner consistent with the agreed strategic direction
  • Highly organized, strong sense of identifying and prioritising issues
  • Detail oriented.
