Participates in Total Rewards surveys.
Benchmarks Total Rewards programs relative to market and peer group companies and performs analyses to determine organization's competitive position.
Assists in the development of and implements Total Rewards administrative guidelines and programs.
Coordinates and administers Total Rewards programs, policies and procedures, as well as makes change recommendations as necessary.
Provides employee relations support, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance improvement counseling.
Develops innovative effective environmental health and safety auditing/assessment programs
At least Bachelor degree.
At least 5 years experience in C&B management in foreign companies, MNCs
Good level of English.
Good level of Labor Law, regulations
