Job Description


Working for a world-leading education company, you will be responsible for growing the brand and sales for our international division, in Thailand. In order to succeed in this competitive landscape, you will need to have already a strong background in country management, sales and marketing and have had proven/measurable results in the Thai markets. You will be based in Thailand will liaise with a multicultural, fun and professional team and will report to the Director of Direct Sales Offices at the Head Office in London. You will work with global Channel managers who are specialists in each marketing activity channel (SEO, Email Marketing& Social) to help you.


  • Generate net week sales to meet the country’s targets as set out by the sales director/regional director
  • Strategically decide on the sales & marketing channels to utilise in consultation with the regional director/sales director
  • Generate net weeks sales through the DSO from the direct sales and marketing channels that will generate the required volumes
  • Provide customers with an excellent experience of company by leading, developing and coaching a team in a direct sales office
  • Build on company’s reputation as a leader in its field

Job Requirements

  • Significant experience of leading a sales team environment with proven results
  • Excellent people management, communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Competent computer skills – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Fluent in English
  • The ability to mentor Team Leaders to display and promote the required skills, knowledge and competencies required to maximize revenue or sales conversation
  • Highly developed leadership skills – able to drive performance and inspire, motivate and influence teams to achieve business goals
  • Proven success at influencing strategic thinking – from conception to implementation
