Job Description


  • Prepare Tenants Fit-Out and Shop Front Design Guidelines, House rules (including incorporating Main Contractor’s rules for pre-CCC fit-out).

  • Set up standard operating procedures and processes for Tenants Fit –out works.

  • Work with Development Management and Operations/Engineering teams to get the individual units fit-out pack ready including floor plans, M&E provisions, submission timelines etc.

  • Fit-Out Design Reviews.

    • Conduct briefing on tenancy design guidelines (Fit-out and Shop Front guidelines).

    • Issue Fit-Out pack.

    • Review and comment on tenants’ fit-out plans (for M&E plans, to liaise closely with Operations/Engineering team).

    • Liaise with tenants and tenant’s contractors.

    • Issue final approved drawings.

    •  Carry out inspections of shops during fit-out period and prior to commencement of business.

    • Take photographic documentation of progress especially on any non-compliance.

    • Follow up with Tenants and their contractors to rectify non-compliances.

    • Together with Operations/Engineering team, ensure that tenants and their contractors comply with the House Rules.

    • Ensure that all necessary approved plans and licenses are obtained from the relevant authorities prior to tenant’s commencement of business.

    • Ensure that tenants submit all the necessary as-built drawings.

    • Attend to tenants’ requests/complaints and co-ordinate closely with Leasing/Operations/Engineering/A&P Departments, wherever necessary.



  • POS Connection for (if applicable).

    • Monitor new tenants’ POS connection.

    • Co-ordinate with POS vendor and tenants to ensure tenants’ POS are connected to mall’s back and system prior to tenants’ commencement of business.

    • To work with Lease Management and Property Management Department to resolve issues relating to POS Connection.



  • Reconfiguration/ Additional & Alteration Work.

    • To co-ordinate reconfiguration and A&A works between Marketing/ Lease Management and Property Management Department.

    • To monitor progress of reconfiguration works.



  •  Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.

Job Requirements





  • BA in Engineering/ Architect

  • At least 5 years relevant working experience in management.

  • Able to co-ordinate site works with minimal supervision.

  • Must be prepared to work long hours in order to meet tight deadline.

  • Understanding of general building techniques

  • Good team player, self motivated and possess strong analytical skills.

  • Able to work independently, possess good interpersonal, communication skills and initiative with good analytical mind and result oriented.

  • Good communication skills in English written and verbal.
