Work closely with Key Account Managers, Marketing and Technical Leaders in defining the technical needs/demands of the business and the strategies/plans/actions needed to meet and exceed customer expectations in these areas.
Seek and maintain direct contact with selected customers, as agreed with appropriate Commercial, Marketing, and Technical Leaders and use this responsibility to enhance the perception of those customers.
Establish professional and technical credibility with them resulting from requests by sales people for customer interaction.
Evaluation of new and existing products, demonstrating product performance, general applications support and resolution of customer complaints. It includes planning, preparation and implementation of training programs, technical seminars/workshops and market support programs. The output will be of high quality and unambiguous and suitable for wide circulation.
Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or relevant qualification
At least 10 years of experience in Coating Industry
