Work with sample builders, sample technicians and sales people to ensure that samples are produced with high quality for the customer and consistent with the production line.
Ensure that sales templates are developed to meet the requirements of the Buyer Manage sample plans, communicate with salespeople, and make sure everyone knows the product.
Make sure the sample is made according to the best method for the production of the plant.
Advise the model maker and marker maker if there is a problem with the fabric for example Confirm with IE the breakdown for on site Research and validate technical specifications / samples / cut patterns before production. Solve all problems before producing.
Conduct a PP meeting with the Production Provide clear guidance and training to the team technical staff and line leaders for anticipated issues with new styles. Confirm task time for each operation. (Working with IE or technician templates) before production.
Confirm the machine layout with IE or the Production Manager and make any adjustments depending on the capabilities of the staff of each line.
Ensure sample labels and samples are ready as planned.
Produce Train technician line for IE's crash performance and methods. Work with and lead the team and the technician to the best way to handle each activity.
For the old style, continue to train workers to be more skilled on each activity to achieve more efficiency and output per day.
Constant improvement in both quantity and quality.
The target disability rate is less than 10%.
Understand the buyer's standard for each product and ensure that it complies with this standard.
Check and verify output off the road of new and old styles.
Maintaining a stable quality for a style through full production and repetition time.
Record all issues / issues faced during the production process of each style (sample / sample / label / fabric / outer shell for production) and advise PPIC.
The PPIC will send a report to the senior management. This will allow for refinement of styles for repeat orders or the implementation of similar styles.
Manage internal and external QC staff.
Train the Quality Assurance Team to meet the company's standards for in-line QC and final. Set goals for daily QC output.
Ensure co-operation between online QC and online technicians to meet company's quality and output standards. Keep QC reports for each type on the network.
Ensuring the quality of the plant and workers is the same.

Support to process development and plant systems.
Support development of internal management reports for company.
Work with the PPIC team and production managers to improve efficiency.
Proactively develop the skills of the Technical Team.
Candidates who have worked with clothing wear Rainwear and Work wear but someone with the desire and the ability to learn quickly and think vertically will be considered if they have the appropriate tailoring experience.
Solving everyday problems related to technology
University degree in related field, preferable with apparel or garment background.
At least 2-year experience
Fluently in English. Chinese speaking is a plus.
